我的理综老师程文芳，她总是面带微笑，好像天生就有微笑的面容。
“最后面的那位同学，你来说这道题。”措不及防地声音把我从充满美食的世界中叫了回来。起来时，脑子里想到的全是刚才吃的鸡鸭鱼肉和越喝越带劲的汽水饮料。一个“上来”两字成功打破了我对刚才美梦的回忆。
到了讲台上，我习惯性的蹲下，等候那久违的脑瓜崩，从一开始的疼感到现在熟悉地再熟悉不过的感受，好像还有瘾了。
老师又带着她的微笑对蹲着的我说：“呦，你这是来了多少回了，不用我说，自己就自觉蹲下了。”我也微笑的回应老师：“不知道。”虽然声音并不是很大，但前几排坐着的同学还是能清楚的听到我与老师之间的对话。当然他们也只敢在下面悄悄地议论，还不敢发出声音地偷笑着。
“你，下课去我办公室啊。”说完便让我回去坐着了，我看我同桌瞧我的眼神不大对劲，回他：“咋了，我脸上有东西了？”
“你咋没被弹脑瓜崩。”
“我去，你就这么想看我被弹脑瓜崩。”说完便埋下头，想老师让我去她办公室干嘛？

不行不行，我得想个办法，想了半天，准备以毒攻毒，于是后半节课自己弹了半节课自己的脑袋，先看看能承受多大的'力气。
一阵之前让我开心到爆现在又像是听见死神的呼唤般的铃声响起，我知道可能我少了十分钟的寿命，甚至不只这下课的十分钟。果然，老师好像没有像之前那样，再拖堂上三四分钟课，而是一下课就走。
我立刻快步跟上老师在她后面走着，连脚后跟发出的一点声响都消失了一般。
去办公室的路上，有别的班的同学见了我，冲我笑，然后便跑了，好像知道我上课的事情。
到了办公室，和老师们打完招呼来到老师面前，这次她并没有让我蹲下或弹我脑瓜崩，而是带着那温和的语气和熟悉的微笑对我进行一番教导。
时间在我不知不觉间流逝了，快上课了吧，啥时候弹我脑瓜崩呢？
上课铃声一响，老师又微笑了，对我说：“以后认真听讲，走吧。”

7月20日，郑州发生了特大暴雨，地铁告急，接到洪水，交通瘫痪，物资告急，一场灾难在郑州等地上演。在暴雨发生后，大量的人被困地铁，被困街道。神州大地上的消防人员和人民子弟兵迅速驰援郑州。
图片中消防人员尽全力拯救每一个人，双手双脚被水泡的发白，但他们从不喊累。仍在努力的进行救援工作，没有吃的，没有床睡，没有休息，他们用自己的努力，换来了广大人民的安全。你就像一道光，给受灾人民带来了安全。
同样在暴雨中，也有很多的良心商家。他们纷纷捐款，捐物资，驰援郑州。如蜜雪冰城自身总部也在郑州受灾，却是毫不犹豫的进出2500万元；鸿星尔克，一个国产品牌处于破产边缘，也捐款5000万元。当然也少不了一些小商家，处于郑州的许多小店，都免费提供避雨，食物和义务，让流离失所的人们有一个温暖的地方。

在这里，人与人之间的爱得到了充分的诠释。在街道上总会出现这一幕，一个无助的老人或小孩被洪水冲倒后，周围的人纷纷伸出援手，组成一道人墙，他们不顾自己的安危，努力去帮助别人，这种精神让人感动。在一些建筑旁，总会有一些热心市民，放下一个便利袋，里面装着食物和水，让一些没有食物的人有能吃到。这一切让我们感动，你就像一道光，给人民带来了希望。
