——读?你的工资从哪里来?有感

拿起这本书,期初心里还是有为完成任务而读的想法的,很不以为然。粗略的看了一下目录,感觉笔者所阐述的无非是做人和做事。当耐着性子阅读的时候,心里变得纠结起来,在对待公司和个人的关系上忽左忽右。
首先,我是欣赏和赞成为公司尽心尽力的人的,公司雇佣员工,是为了完成公司的任务,将公司的利益和利润时刻放在心上我也是赞同的,爱岗敬业也一直是中国人的美德,但是书中的观点让我的心理忽左忽右,意识形态反复打架。文中在第三章提到爱企如家,把公司利益放在首位;然而第二章在阐述出色业绩是高薪的关键的事例时,说开网络公司的程先生把工作不认真、不勤奋、又不出业绩的员工给辞退了,另外还有一局部业务员,工作能努力,就是不出业绩,程先生找他们也谈过屡次,业绩起色不大。用笔者的话说后面这几个业务员成了程先生公司的鸡肋,食之无味,弃之可惜。程先生最后还是狠狠心把他们辞退了,理由是:“他们既然不能为公司带来业绩,对公司来说他们就没有什么价值可言……〞。我在想,这话怎么看着像是赤裸裸的剥削,如果公司要求职工在为公司的付出上要求职工对公司要像对待家庭一样,甚至还要超过对待家庭的感情,要把公司利益放在第一位,私人利益放在第二位。但是按照程先生现在的做法,又何尝不是自私的。用笔者的话说公司不

是福利院。不是福利院当然也不会是家,因为家是不会抛弃家庭里的任何人的,家是不会要求家里的成员对家都有价值,家和成员的关系不是靠价值来维系的。所以程先生没有义务聘用几个“鸡肋〞一样的人,当然像“鸡肋〞一样的人也没有权利依附在程先生的这个公司。笔者在文中也提到 “在商言商〞、公司考虑的就是利益最大化,用最小的投资得到最大的利润,既然是这个道理,公司是不会给员工一个“家〞的,那么反过来看,公司在对待员工的事情上就是自私的,公司要求员工对公司要像对家一样,甚至要超过对家的感觉,还不能有个人私利,这难道不矛盾么?其实,我更赞同公司是一个组织,因为组织业务开展的需要,把需要的人安排在需要的岗位上,组织不需要你像对家一样对待自己的岗位,但是,你必须具有岗位所需要的技能和完成岗位所需要的工作,你可以对岗位付诸感情,并不要求你像对待家庭一样。
写到这的时候,另一种思维却在我的脑海里不断的挣扎。我们国家是社会主义国家,个人在国家面前是应该无私的,是要舍“小家〞为“大家〞的,因为没有大的家就没有小的家,先一辈的革命家,不惜流血牺牲,换取了革命的胜利,为的就是国家这个“大家〞。也正因为此,才涌现出来一批像于敏、朱光亚、邓稼先、钱三强、钱学森等值的中国人民自豪的科学家,在改革开放初期,曾流传过这么一个说法:“搞原子弹的不如卖茶鸡蛋的〞,这里说的应该是两个岗位的收入,如果他们没有爱岗敬业、牺牲“小我〞为“大我〞的精神是不会造出“两弹一星〞的。正如笔者在文中强调说强调的

员工要有一种主人翁意识,要把这种意识渗透到日常的工作中去,它是一种责任,更是一种态度。写到这里思绪变得混乱起来,在对待这个问题上总感觉两种想法都有道理。
合上书本理一下思绪,又感觉两个问题好似并不矛盾,在对待国家、公司、个人关系的问题上,国家利益是要高于个人利益,反过来,国家也要承当个人里面的弱势群体和无劳动能力的人的生活福利,这也是国家的责任。个人公司和个人的关系应该是一种雇佣关系,也是一种双赢的关系,公司就是一个组织,他就是根据需要挑选组织需要的人,他们之间的关系应该受劳动合同法和劳动法调整,除此之外他不承当别的责任,公司所要做的就是花最少钱,办最大事。
