二、设计部各岗位职责：

设计总监岗位职责:

1、人员招聘工作：

及时补充设计部人力资源，人才储藏。以及内部岗位调整。拟招聘人事要求，给与公司人事部发布，做好人员面试各项工作准备。拟定面试内容和上机操作内容。

2、新人员培训工作：

新员工熟悉公司各个工程，熟悉设计部工作流程

3、设计部管理工作：

做好每一周设计部工作方案和总结，协调设计工作安排。

对部门相关广告美术用品进行管理和控制〔购置设计素材及设计年鉴〕。

美术指导岗位职责：

1平面设计，创意指导工作

2、负责视觉表现作品的提案工作。

3 监督和指导正稿的制作。

主创设计师岗位职责:

1、协助主创设计为主要工作，

三、设计部设计工作流程

设计部参与提案流程：

㈠初步与客户沟通了解客户意图

㈡开方案讨论会〔创意会、提案会〕探讨内容：工程的风格，工程的logo,工程的vi系统。

㈢第一阶段设计〔初步完成2-3稿logo，可以初步内定一稿，制作工程vi局部应用系统〕

㈣初步完成〔工程组开会，讨论提案内容，作进一步的修改〕

㈤第二阶段设计〔根据工程组讨论进行局部修改〕

㈥第三阶段验稿

㈦提交给与客户，参与说稿

必要的提案工具：ppt，投影

第一：切勿在一开始就将稿件曝光给客户看；

第二：把创作的思路整理成文字，作成ppt文件,先讲前面的设计谋略，设计原那么；

设计部设计流程：

检查下单内容

设计部一律以工程组单为设计前提。〔口头单不收，特殊除外〕检查下单内容〔设计时间、设计内容、尺寸等〕，

工程组下单

〔工程组负责人下单到设计部，下单方式两种，书面下单、电子文档下单，下单内容包括：下单时间、提交时间、内容要求、尺寸等〕

进行设计

〔安排该工程主创设计师进行沟通设计，设计总监或美术指导提一些创意和视觉想法。〕

设计修改与验收

〔主创设计师设计完成，提交设计总监或美术指导进行验收修改〕

筹划文案部提交文案

〔文案必须为最后稿〕

提交工程组，工程组发稿给与客户

工程组汇总客户修改意见〔修改次数不超过3次〕，反响给与设计部修改

设计部根据工程修改意见进行修改，发给与客户最终确认。

制作稿制作

发给第三方制作发布
