网络学习空间的建设整理规划
网络学习空间的重要建设工程,对未来学校教育环境、教师教学方法等将产生深远影响和变革。但是,网络学习空间作为现代信息化技术运用到教育教学当中,对于我校还是新鲜事物,如何能够快速发挥网络学习空间的作用,让空间真正成为提升我们教育教学水平的“利器〞,就需要合理地制定实施方案,有效推进空间建设。
为更好更快速地进行空间建设,尽早实现空间在学校内部焕发活力,发挥效力。该方案共分为三大阶段,主要涉及学校教学和行政两大主要方面。
一、第一阶段——学校全民发动、资源快速搭建、完成初步空间建设〔为期约1-2月〕
第一步:全校召开空间建设发动大会。发动大会主要是向全校教职工正式宣布学校空间建设工程启动,说明空间建设对于学校改革的重要意义,使得全校教师能够全面了解和认识空间,激发教师空间建设的热情,营造良好的校内空间建设气氛。
第二步:空间操作培训。完成空间的安装后,要立即启动空间操作根底操作培训,使全体教师和骨干学生迅速掌握空间使用方法,并能够准确和高效地对校内其他人员和学生进行培训和指导,力争短期内完成操作关卡。
第三步:机构平台建设与教师资源自建同时开展。待空间操作培训后,学校应下达空间建设的统一要求,其中包括初期建设的时间、建设的细节、检查评比的要求和奖罚鼓励的措施等。随后,应明确学校机构平台建设负责部门,因为机构平台是学校全面工作的集中展示和综合导航,同样也是学校的空间

展现在空间当中,将空间作为自己工作的交流宣传阵地。而教师应初步完成教学资源框架的建设,并且教师开始利用空间与学生进行交流互动此时的空间已经可以开始为学生提供一些初步教学的帮助和指导〕
第四步:完成学生空间的学习框架搭建。根据学生学习的课程,在空间中搭建自己的主修和辅修课程导航,方便学生开展自主学习,并推动学生与教师的空间交流互动。
第五步:学校开展该阶段的检查评比。学校根据前期下达的统一要求,对全体教师的空间开展检查和评比,对优秀以及不合格的空间应当要求尽快整改,并严格执行奖罚措施。
二、第二阶段——逐步改变教学方法,深化空间应用〔为期约 3-5月〕
第一步:教学中逐步引导学生空间自学,教师逐渐改变教学方法。教师空间资源搭建完成后,

“保姆式〞教学方法,稳固学生对于根底知识的学习质量。同时,原有注重理论传授的课堂,可以增加实践操作的教学时间。如此,学生常规知识学在空间,课堂教学强化实践,一方面提升了学生自主学习能力,另一方面使我们的教师能够更加解放出来,大力提升学生的实际操作能力,增强学生的社会就业竞争力。
第二步:行政职能更重“效劳〞,业绩工作全面展现。各行政部门在第一阶段完成工作职能展示的根底上,应当更加注重“效劳〞意识的提升。尤其是教务、学生管理、后勤效劳等和学生学习生活息息相关的部门,要提升的空间的效劳质量。例如扩大业务咨询、帮扶学生、意见反响、讨论专区、学生活动等板块的宣传力度,让学生能够更清楚了解自己该向何处寻求帮助。这样,学校的整体工作衔接更加紧密,尤其是行政部门与师生的联系就更加紧密,行政效劳的工作更加有效。
第三阶段——加强空间课程改革建设,全面提升教育教学水平〔为期1年〕
第一步:展开空间课程建设研讨,确定学校空间课程建设大纲。现有的ppt教学方式只能帮助空间短时期内形成初级的教学资源库, 但是无法成为真正的空间课程。学校要有方案对学科进行空间课程研究,结合自身特色和学生实际情况,寻找到适合本学校的空间课程建设体系,真正把空间作为学生网络学习的
