如何取得高分?
1、精心准备。要准备的内容前面已经给大家介绍过来,那么在考试之前大家要有针对性的回忆自己的经历,总结、提炼一些内容出来,为我们的考试做好精心准备。另外,一般面试前都会公开试讲或者说课的内容,这时候,准备一本指定的教材是必须的,而不是只从网上下载单独一课的内容。因为你只有了解整本教材的结构,对于这本教材的风格、所讲内容在全书的地位才能够有一个比拟准确的把握。

首先认真梳理自身经历,挖掘经历中与公务员面试考核要素相一致的内容。很多考生在谈到这点的时候都会觉得自己的经历很单一,事件也没有代表性、吸引力。其实不然,每个人在经历过20多年的生活、学习、工作经历后,在各方面都有了比拟多的积累,只要我们善于从中总结、挖掘,有很多内容是可以用在我们的面试答题当中,甚至在很多程度上既表达了真实性又能用真感情打动考官。例如很多考生在大学阶段,为了减轻家庭负担,在学校就通过做一些兼职来赚取生活费用,这样的经历让自己能提前接触社会,锻炼自己吃苦耐劳、动手实践的能力,同时又表达了自己在“德〞的方面能体谅父母;还有很多考生在学校的时候参加过学生会或者社团,通过这项经历可以锻炼自己组织管理、人际沟通等方面的能力。当然在介绍自己经历的时候切忌“假、大、空〞的流水账,泛泛而谈,而重点在于自己在这些经历中得到了哪些锻炼,收获了什么。
其次是总结自己的兴趣爱好、优缺点等方面的内容。很多考生在面对这类问题时总会感觉自己各方面都是普普通通、平平常常,没有好恶,没有优点也没有缺点。在中公教育专家看来那么不然,其实很多时候不是自己没有,是自己缺乏认识,或者说缺乏一个客观、明确的认识。

第二,切忌套路化答题。很多考生在问题的答复过程中会出现一些比拟套路化的说法,譬如“我的理想是....../我从小的理想就是......〞或者“如果我有幸能成为一名公务员〞。这些说法现在都已经很过时了,考官更看重的是通过你的答复来把握你内心真实的想法。
