Abstract: Automobile gearbox is one of the important components in automobile power transmission system, and its normal operation plays a key role in the driving performance and safety of automobiles. However, due to the complexity of working conditions, automobile gearbox may generate a large amount of heat during high-speed driving and long-time operation, which may cause thermal deformation of the gearbox body and affect its performance and service life. Therefore, in-depth study of the thermal deformation of automobile gearbox body is of great theoretical and practical significance.
This paper aims to study the thermal deformation of automobile gearbox body, and analyze the internal heat transfer law and thermal expansion characteristics of the gearbox. The impact of thermal deformation on the performance and service life of the gearbox is discussed, and corresponding solutions are proposed.
