Abstract:

This paper analyzes the integration of blended learning in English listening teaching in higher vocational colleges. The paper begins by providing an overview of the blended learning model and its benefits. It then discusses the challenges faced in English listening teaching and how blended learning can address these challenges. Furthermore, the paper explores the various components of blended learning and their application in the English listening classroom. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for the effective implementation of blended learning in English listening teaching.
Introduction:
English listening proficiency is crucial for students in higher vocational colleges as it enhances their employability in an increasingly globalized workforce. However, traditional classroom-based English listening teaching often faces challenges such as limited class time, lack of individualized instruction, and passive learning experiences. To address these challenges, blended learning, which combines face-to-face teaching with online learning, has emerged as a promising instructional approach. Challenges in English Listening Teaching:
