石化企业人力资源管理中存在的问题及策略研究
摘要:随着经济全球化和市场竞争的加剧,石化企业面临着诸多的人力资源管理问题。本文通过对石化企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的策略研究,以期提升石化企业的人力资源管理水平。

Abstract: With the intensification of economic globalization and market competition, petrochemical enterprises are facing many human resource management problems. This paper analyzes the problems existing in human resource management of petrochemical enterprises and proposes corresponding strategic research to improve the level of human resource management in petrochemical enterprises.

石化企业是我国国民经济的重要支柱产业,对于国家经济发展和社会稳定具有重要影响。然而,在当前全球化市场竞争环境下,石化企业的人力资源管理面临着一系列的问题。本文将分析并提出相应的策略研究,以提升石化企业的人力资源管理水平。

1. Introduction
Petrochemical enterprise is an important pillar industry of China's national economy, which plays an important role in the national economic development and social stability. However, in the current global market competition environment, the human resource management of petrochemical enterprises is facing a series of problems. This paper will analyze and propose corresponding strategic research to improve the level of human resource management in petrochemical enterprises.

Talent loss problem
Insufficient employee training
Imperfect performance evaluation system
Inadequate employee incentive mechanism
3. Strategic Research
Establish a sound mechanism for talent recruitment and retention
Strengthen employee training and development

4. Conclusion
The human resource management problems of petrochemical enterprises have an important influence on the development of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should fully understand and attach importance to human resource management, actively take corresponding strategic measures to improve the level of human resource management in petrochemical enterprises.
