摘 要:
本文以QA17铜合金微型平面弹簧为研究对象,通过对冷挤压成形工艺参数的研究以及成形后的弹簧性能测试,探索了不同工艺参数对于弹簧成形质量和性能的影响,并提出了相应的优化方案。
首先对QA17铜合金的基本性能进行了概述,介绍了其适用于微型弹簧的原因。然后对冷挤压成形的工艺流程进行了详细介绍,在此基础上提出了优化工艺参数的方案,包括挤压速度、挤压压力、模具形状等方面。接着,对成形后的弹簧进行了力学性能测试,包括弹性模量、屈服强度、延伸率等方面,以验证所提出的优化方案的有效性。
研究结果表明,冷挤压成形工艺能够较好地制备出QA17铜合金微型平面弹簧,且成形质量稳定可靠。在优化工艺参数的过程中,挤压速度对成形质量的影响最为显著,适当提高挤压速度可改善成形效果和性能。最终,本文提出了一组适用于QA17铜合金微型平面弹簧的冷挤压成形工艺参数,为其制备和应用提供了技术支持。

Abstract:
This paper studies the process and properties of the cold extrusion forming of QA17 copper alloy micro flat springs. Through the research on the process parameters and performance testing of the formed springs, the influence of different process parameters on the quality and properties of the springs is explored, and corresponding optimization schemes are proposed.
Firstly, the basic properties of QA17 copper alloy are briefly described, and the reason why it is suitable for micro springs is introduced. Then, the process flow of cold extrusion forming was introduced in detail, on which a plan to optimize the process parameters, including extrusion speed, extrusion pressure, and die shape, was proposed. Subsequently, the mechanical properties of the formed springs were tested, including elastic modulus, yield strength, elongation, etc., to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
The results show that the cold extrusion forming process can better prepare QA17 copper alloy micro flat springs and the forming quality is stable and reliable. In the process of optimizing the process parameters, the extrusion speed has the most significant effect on the forming quality, and increasing the extrusion speed appropriately can improve the forming effect and properties. Finally, this paper proposes a set of process parameters suitable for cold extrusion forming of QA17 copper alloy micro flat springs, providing technical support for its preparation and application.
