摘要：
目的：本研究旨在探究太仓市浏河地区2型糖尿病患者的体质类型和中医临床证型，并为其中医治疗提供参考。
方法：选取太仓市浏河地区的2型糖尿病患者100例，进行问卷调查和中医体质辨识，采用SPSS 。
结果：研究结果显示，太仓市浏河地区2型糖尿病患者以湿热体质和气郁质居多，且常见的中医临床证型是痰湿瘀滞证和气虚血瘀证。此外，患者饮食习惯不规律、肥胖、缺乏运动、精神压力过大等因素是导致患者的病情加重的主要原因。
结论：结合太仓市浏河地区2型糖尿病患者的体质类型和中医临床证型，结合中医药治疗的方法，如针灸、中药汤剂等，针对不同体质和证型，制定个性化治疗方案，可以在一定程度上缓解患者的症状，改善病情。同时，对患者进行健康指导教育，改变不健康的生活方式，对疾病的恢复和预防具有重要的作用。

Abstract:
Objective: This study aims to investigate the constitution type and clinical syndrome of 2 type diabetic patients in Liuhe region of Taicang city, and provide references for their TCM treatment.
Methods: 100 cases of 2 type diabetic patients in Liuhe region of Taicang city were selected for questionnaire survey and TCM physical identification, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS .
Results: The results showed that the majority of 2 type diabetic patients in Liuhe region of Taicang city were damp-heat constitution and qi-depression constitution, and the common clinical syndromes were phlegm-dampness obstruction syndrome and qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. In addition, irregular diet, obesity, lack of exercise, and mental stress were the main reasons for the aggravation of the disease.
Conclusion: Combined with the constitution type and clinical syndrome of 2 type diabetic patients in Liuhe region of Taicang city, TCM treatment methods, such as acupuncture, Chinese medicine decoction, etc., can be developed for different constitutions and syndromes, which can alleviate the patients' symptoms and improve the disease to a certain extent. At the same time, health education and guidance should be given to the patients to change their unhealthy lifestyle, which plays an important role in the recovery and prevention of the disease.
