　　Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name isXXX . It is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today.
　　I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. Withtremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for aeptance into your . graduate program.
　　In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
　　At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA() ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate aolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.
　　Research experience and academic activity
　　When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulationprogram for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewagetreatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a mercial product.
　　In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the . program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural work), Supply chain work research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri s and Data Mining.
　　Motor learning, analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, distributed control system, PLC principle and application, Single chip microputer principle and interface technology,Power system analysis etc.
　　Minor courses: microeconomics, macroeconomics, introduction to the world economy, international financial, aounting, Multi-National Corporation and direct investment, international trade, business English etc.
　　Social practice/Internship experience xx July internship in Shanghai Hualian Supermarket
　　Design in xx August involved in Shanghai electric scientific research, test switch (mainly used for high pressure two times side)
　　Self evaluation Electrical solid theoretical foundation, abundant project experience; familiar with electric power system load calculation, short circuit analysis and power flow distribution calculation;
　　familiar with a variety of main electrical equipment and related standards, rich experience in project design. Skilled in 3D design software and Office office automation software, serious and responsible work, cooperation consciousness and organizational skills, able to work under pressure.

Three years, the teachers teaching, students love and nurture all aspects, so I got a lot of knowledge, know a lot of sense, as a beginner, I have excellent ability to learn and willing to learn, dare to innovate, and constantly strive for excellence; As a participant, I have honest character, full of team spirit; as a leader able to do things I have, resolute style, good munication and interpersonal coordination. Have a strong endurance, willpower, and hard-working quality, serious and responsible work, proactive, optimistic personality persistent, dare to face the difficulties and challenges.
　　In order to better adapt to society in need of, I grasp the premise of the school curriculum to make full use of spare time, read a lot in extra-curricular reading, to broaden their knowledge.
　　Through professional courses, I now have strong puter skills and professional use of the software. Proficient in office, wps software, skilled use of quartus ii, max + plus ii, altium designer 6, altium dxpxx, protel 99 se software, proficient in verilog hdl, vhdl, c language. Computer hardware, I am familiar with principles of its position, can skillfully assembled by puter to an independent puter to rule out all kinds of trouble.
　　As a university student about to graduate, I have confidence to meet new challenges, and overe the challenge of self, I may not the best, but it must be most carefully, and please believe me and give me time to achieve self-value opportunities.
