The definition and development of high-temperature alloy
High-temperature alloy is a kind of metal material which can work normally under the high temperature of 600~1200℃. For this reason , we also call it superalloy.
With the development of the aviation industry and the mechanical processing industry , we need some materials that can work normally under the high temperature , so high-temperature alloy appeared and developed rapidly since about eighty years ago . Now it has a large number of species and can meet various requirements in the industry. In the future, we believe high-temperature alloy will have better development and brighter prospect.

It is also used in other fields , nuclear industry , metallurgical industry , petrochemical , coal gasification and so on .So superalloy is very important for the heavy industry and industrial upgrading . In the future , to develop new superalloy and breakthrough the restriction of traditional metallic materials will have great influence on human development.
