And enterprises and enterprise management personnel in order to make it possible for enterprises with a good development, so in the study and implementation of human resources management of the various elements of the work is also very important. As the socialist market economic system gradually established and perfected, many of our enterprises become increasingly aware of the fierce competition in the market and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises of urgency. In China's enterprises to fully participate in economic globalization and integration into the international economic system as the background, Moreover, after China jioned in the WTO, Chinese enterprises in the area of human resources management opportunities and challenges. The key of enterprise competition is talent competition, good people management and using right people is an important factor for the enterprises. Therefore, human resources management has become our modern enterprise management of a very important part. This paper is studying the human resources based on the human resources of Zhejiang’s small and medium production enterprises and also based on of the human resources of these enterprises and the actual situation of the small production enterprises and growth-oriented enterprises. I try to find an human resources management to adapt to the development of enterprise. With the targeted research of human resources management channels from the development of human resources、utilization of human resources、management of human nature、 human character and job matching、entrepreneurship training、enterprise core competitiveness、Strategic human resources management and other areas .
