At present, the Taiwan funded company already became the China multi-dimensional economy the important component. However, between both banks hides the Trans-Culture conflict which causes in the same text homogeneous behind cultural difference becomes the quite prominent phenomenon in the mainland Taiwan funded company. Therefore, Trans-Culture human resources management already became a mainland Taiwan funded company's major issue. This article will carry on the empirical analysis regarding this, and penetrates the management phenomenon to discuss both banks history culture and the economic system difference evolution and the reason. In this paper, the cross-cultural study of human resources management methods in case studies and comparative study; first gave a briefing on the mainland and Taiwan-funded enterprises in the management of thinking, the similarities and differences in culture and then the cross-cultural human resources management theory, to do a specific and an overview of research and on the basis of this cross-cultural analysis of the human resources management of conflict, response and management strategy paper to the mainland. Last Foxconn Technology Group, Taiwan's enterprises to carry out the empirical analysis of cases, summed up the mainland's Taiwan-funded enterprises in Cross-cultural management of human resources at the cross-cultural communication, management staff localization, cross-cultural training management system and take the cross-cultural management strategy.
