Abstract:
Technological transfer plays a significant role in the economic development of a country or region. China, as one of the largest developing countries in the world, relies heavily on technological transfer for its economic development. In this paper, we study the evolution and degree of synergy in the Chinese technological transfer system from a longitudinal perspective, and propose a measurement method based on a composite system synergy model.
Section 1: Introduction
Technological transfer refers to the process of applying scientific and technological achievements to practical production and social practice. It is a crucial link between technological innovation and economic development. The study of the evolution and degree of synergy in the Chinese technological transfer system is of great significance for strengthening technological innovation capabilities and promoting economic development.
Section 2: Evolution of the Chinese technological transfer system
The Chinese technological transfer system has gone through the stages of initiation and development. The initiation stage mainly relied on government guidance and support, with a lack of effective market mechanisms. The development stage is characterized by the rapid growth of the technological transfer market and more diverse and flexible transfer pathways. Additionally, the main actors in technological transfer have shifted from government-led to enterprise-led, with close collaborations formed with universities and research institutions.
Section 3: Analysis of the degree of synergy in the technological transfer system
