According to the characteristics of the gene and its effects on plants, corresponding experimental methods and analysis results were elaborated. In terms of cloning, the AhRab7 gene sequence was obtained by PCR, and sequence alignment and structure analysis were performed. In genetic transformation, the AhRab7 gene was transformed into peanuts, and the AhRab7 gene was successfully overexpressed in peanuts, which was confirmed by qPCR and protein blot analysis. In terms of functional analysis, it was found that the AhRab7 gene can enhance the resistance of peanut plants to stress by comparing the transformed and non-transformed peanut plants. The results of the study have shown that the AhRab7 gene can be an important stress-resistant gene in peanut plants, and has great potential for application.
