This paper takes the research on the mechanism of knowledge innovation in project-oriented enterprises as the research object, and explores how project-oriented enterprises promote innovation through knowledge integration, team collaboration, and learning. The study found that project-oriented enterprises can effectively achieve knowledge innovation and improve competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities through project teams, knowledge management, and learning mechanisms.
