This study takes Tianjin highway as an example, using a questionnaire survey to collect data on customer satisfaction and analyzing the data. The results show that overall customer satisfaction with the Tianjin highway is relatively high, but there are still problems in some aspects. Finally, this paper proposes some suggestions to improve customer satisfaction of Tianjin highway. Keywords: highway; customer satisfaction; Tianjin
