In order to ensure the security of automobile driving, it is important to test the impacting durability performance index of automobile power train components. The automobile power train impacting performance test rig durability test rig is the test equipment to test power train performance, which can comprehensively and exactly test the impacting performance and relative characteristic of power train components,which provide security for the driverand improve product quality for manufacturers. In order to stimulate real running conditions of automobile power train, Firstly the load characteristic of auto power train is analyzed. Confirming major factors effected impacting torque of automobile power train are running conditions of sudden jointing clutch start and no separating clutch emergency brake. Through the test-bed to simulate the working conditions and the of power train structure analysis, to determine the mechanical structure of the principle, and test control system components required to control controlling and testing system control the test rig by personal computer allying with data collection board and program logical controller. PC is as host computer, and PLC is as slave system. It has achieved the action controlling, monitoring and data dealing. Through analyzing all parts of test rig controlling system, mathematical models of controlling system are built. Based on PID controlling can’t satisfy the request of controlling, in order to adapt test rig’ inertia quality system and test environment changes, a new algorithm based on a parameter self-adjusting fuzzy PID is provided. The results of simulating are proved that the new algorithm has quickly speed response, high steady-state accuracy and high track accuracy to traditional PID method. It has good robust to model parameter changing. The software of the system of test rig is built on the base of LabVIEW. The data is collected and analyzed by the software. It finished the data collecting and dealing. And the man-machine was built. The result is proved that the performance index of controlling system achieves to test rig designing demand.
