化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗中晚期卵巢癌术后的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的探究化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗中晚期卵巢癌术后的效果, 为临床提供指导。方法将我院54例中晚期卵巢癌术后患者随机分为试验组(27例, 应用化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗) 与对照组(27例, 应用化疗) 。随访3年, 比较两组患者的疗效、生存期、生存质量评分及毒副反应发生率。结果试验组患者的客观缓解率与生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<) 。治疗后, 试验组患者的中位生存期与无进展生存期均长于对照组(P<) 。两组患者的毒副反应总发生率比较, 无显著差异(P>) 。结论对中晚期卵巢癌术后患者采取化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗效果显著, 且毒副作用较小, 值得推广实践。
