[摘要]:目的:研究和优选绞股蓝总皂苷的提取和纯化工艺。方法:以绞股蓝总皂苷的含量为测定指标,采用分光光度法测定和比较不同提取纯化工艺后绞股蓝总皂苷的含量。结果:%,%;经过D-101和HPD-%,%。结论:采用闪式提取和D-101、HPD-100树脂纯化是可行的绞股蓝总皂苷提取纯化工艺。

Study on the Herbal Blitzkrieg Extraction and Purification Process of Total Saponins in Gynostemma pentaphyllum

Abstract: Object To study and optimize the extraction and purification techniques of total saponins in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Methods Take the content of total Saponins in Gynostemma pentaphyllum as mark, determine pare the content of total Saponins that was determined by spectrophotometric method through the different Extraction and Purification Process. Results With Herbal Blitzkrieg Extraction to extract, the content of total Saponins is %, with ethanol refluxing the content of total Saponins is %; Purified by D-101 and HPD-100 macroporous absorption resin, the content of total saponins was above 80%.
