摘要
在节约土地、节能和环境保护方面有重大的社会效益前提下,本设计为混凝土小型配筋砌块砌体多层住宅的设计。钢筋混凝土砌体结构广泛应用于住宅、办公、商业、旅馆等民用建筑,这种结构体系的优点是砌体结构的主要优点有:容易就地取材,具有很好的耐火性和较好的耐久性等。该设计主体采用普通砖砌体,楼梯、基础、卫生间、厨房板等采用现浇钢筋混凝土。结构采用横墙承重结构,并采用构造柱以及圈梁的相结合的构造措施。结构设计采用手算,主要内容有:
(1)结构布置;
(2)墙体验算;
(3)构件设计;
其中有板的设计,楼梯,雨篷,。
