摘要
此次课程设计叫产品开发课程设计,开发的产品叫全自动钞票捆扎机,就是在原有产品的功能原理基础上进行改进和创新。所谓捆钞机就是把一把一把的钞票通过机器来捆扎的机器,以便于清理,保存,运输等。而且很多的证券,票据,其大小都与钞票差不多,所以也可以用捆扎机来进行捆扎,以便于清理,保存。全自动捆钞机目前有着广阔的市场前景,它解决了手工捆扎时间长,捆扎的松紧不同,位置不同,效果即不好又不美观等缺点。全自动捆扎机可分为:横带送带装置,直带送带装置,压币,熔接,切断等几大部分组成。现有捆钞机包括全自动捆钞机,手动齿轮捆钞机,油压捆钞机,卧式手动捆钞机,手动快速液压捆钞机,电动螺旋捆钞机等等。因此,通过这次课程设计,运用三维绘图软件和创新构思对全自动捆钞机进行改进,研制开发出更便捷,价格更便宜的捆钞机。本次课程设计的目的在于加强学生运用所学的专业知识,理论以及专业技能,进行产品的开发和创新,并且让学生掌握产品开发设计的要求以及特点,启发大家的创新思维,为今后的产品开发设计打下坚实的基础。
