摘要
本文搭建了以实际的电梯模型为控制对象,基于罗克韦尔公司工业网络的电梯控制系统。该系统采用三层网络结构即以太网(/IP)、控制网()、设备网(),以ControlLogix处理器实现多电梯运行优化控制算法,采用柔性Flex I/O方便地解决了电梯繁多的硬接线,采用变频器驱动电梯运行,运用RSView32实现系统的监控画面。
本文深入研究了电梯控制系统的算法,利用ControlLogix5550高速、大存储、数据结构灵活等特点,提出了一种全新的基于数据库原理的编程方法,实现了更简便的电梯调度的PLC控制。运用设备网ODVA(Open Vendor Association)协议进行网络优化,实现了变频器故障的自动设备替换(ADR)功能,提高了系统的可靠性。根据电梯的控制要求,通过建立新的数据结构体实现了一个标准化的虚拟电梯,提高了电梯控制算法实现的效率。吸收了工业监控的特点,采用RSView32、ADS、IIS、WebServer等实现了电梯系统不同层次的本地及远程监控。
本文实现部分都经过实际模型运行的检验,所得出的结论对电梯控制理论及其实现、电梯在实际工程的应用都有很大的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract
This paper designed an elevator control system, which take the actual elevator model as control object, based on Linx architecture. This system adopts work architectures --/IP, , , and has realized the multi-elevators movement optimization control arithmetic by ControlLogix processor, has overcame inconveniences of various hardware connections through utilizing Flex I/O, has driven the elevator to perform by using 160SSC driver, has realized data monitoring through applying RSView32.
This paper did some deep research into the arithmetic of elevator control system, making use of the advantages of ControlLogix5550, such as high speed, large storage, flexible data construction, brought forward a brand-new programming method grounding on database principle, thus realized a simpler and more convenient elevator dispatches PLC control. It used ODVA (Open Vendor Association) agreement to optimize the , has realized the function of automatic device replace (ADR) when the driver break down, thus enhanced the reliability of the system. According to control requirement of the elevator, it realizes a standard virtual elevator by way of establishing a new data construction body, and greatly improved the realization efficiency of the elevator control algorithm.
