【摘要】目的评价胰酶肠溶片联合枳术宽中胶囊在治疗功能性消化不良中的临床疗效和安全性。方法将消化内科门诊中被确诊为功能性消化不良的90例患者随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组30人,A组口服胰酶肠溶片和枳术宽中胶囊,B组单口服枳术宽中胶囊,C组单口服胰酶肠溶片,疗程均为2周,比较各组治疗前后上腹胀、痛、早饱、嗳气临床症状改善情况并进行评分及治疗后临床症状消失时间。结果治疗后3组患者的临床症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P );B、C组患者治疗后临床症状改善率显著低于A组(P );A组治疗后临床症状改善总有效率达到96%,均显著高于B、C组(P );B、 otpatient ly divided into A,B and C three groups,.freelent is 2 provement of symptom like upper abdominal distention, pain, early satiety, bleching etc and the time that clinical symptoms disappear after treatment.
