连续性静脉―静脉血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床分析
【摘要】目的:探究慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例,均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组和观察组患者治疗方法分别为常规血液透析治疗和连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗。结果:观察组钙磷代谢情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<);观察组甲状旁素及肾素改善明显情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<);观察组患者生存质量各项指标得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗后,在有效控制患者钙磷代谢的同时,使患者甲状旁素、肾素水平及生存质量均显著改善,存在一定推广价值。
