摘要
开关是脉冲功率装置的关键部件之一,近年来开关技术向大功率、高重复率、
长寿命方向发展,开关触发性能对开关性能的提高也十分重要,特别是需要时间
精确并联的多路并联脉冲功率系统对开关同步性、触发时延和抖动等提出了更高
的要求。三电极场畸变气体开关结构简单、操作维护方便、工作性能相对稳定,
能够满足大多数场合的同步触发要求。
本文介绍了场畸变气体开关的工作原理,并重点对自行设计完成的脉冲变压
器和触发电路进行了分析,经实验,触发装置基本满足要求;针对一具体三电极
场畸变气体开关,利用自行设计的触发装置对其进行实验研究,研究了开关工作
电压欠压比、气压、间隙距离等对该开关放电特性的影响,对实验结果进行了一
定的理论分析。
经过实验初步得出:开关的触发时延分别随气压、欠压比、间隙距离的增大
而减小;开关时延抖动分别随气压和欠压比的增大而减小。

ABSTRACT
Switches are ponents in pulsed-power systems. Recently, with the
exception of aiming at high current, high repetition rate and long life, another
important developing target of the switch technique improving the triggering
performance is also essential, especially in the field demanding precise time
correlation such as multi-trigger connected in parallel systems, which has higher
demands for their trigger delay and jitter. Field distortion switch of three- electrodes
has some excellent characteristics such as simple structure, convenient maintenance
and stable operating performance, so that it suits to most synchronous trigger
demands for time precision.
In this paper the principle of field distortion switch is introduced, at the same
time the designs of the pulse transformer and trigger circuit are analyzed emphatically.
Through testing the trigger devices can meet basic requirements perfectly. An
idiographic field distortion switch of three-electrodes is researched by using the
trigger devices of self-design analyzed above. The affection on the switch discharge
characteristics causing by under-voltage ratio, air pressure and gap distance is studied
respectively and the experimental results are analyzed theoretically.
