TITLE: CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PRODUCT
Purpose: To define a procedure for verification, storage and maintenance of Customer Supplied Products provided for incorporation into the supplies.
Scope: This procedure applies to the Construction Department.

Responsibility
The responsible department or end user shall have main responsibility to ensure a systematic approach for verification, storage and maintenance of Customer Supplied Products.
Procedure:
Verification of Customer Supplied Product
Upon receipt of the customer supplied product, the responsible department or end user shall ensure the requirements are clearly defined and in accordance with conditions / requirements as provided by customers.
