建筑工程施工中材料质量控制策略研究
摘要
目前,建筑行业已成为我国一个重要的支柱产业,它也关系到人民的生命财产安全。因此,建筑项目的质量是至关重要的,而其关键是建筑工程材料的质量控制,在整个建筑施工过程中,需要通过一系列技术和制度措施,确保建筑施工材料能满足质量要求。要达到这个目的,施工单位必须全面的跟踪和控制建筑材料的流程,采取一系列有效的技术措施,通过质量策划、质量控制和改进结构等手段,以满足建筑材料的质量要求,提高工程的安全性和经济利益。
本文对建筑工程中材料质量的控制在国内外的研究现状及发展趋势进行分析综述,并介绍了建筑工程中材料的质量控制理论概论,包括工程材料质量控制的方法,建筑材料的内涵及构成,建筑材料质量对工程质量的影响和分析等,以天津三建的津湾广场工程为实例进行分析,包括公司项目背景分析,项目对材料控制质量的体制,整个项目材料质量控制过程分析,提出改善材料质量控制的对策。
