摘要目的了解三级医院产科护士工作疲溃感程度并分析其产生的原因,从实际出发给予应对措施,从而提高产科护士的护理工
作质量。方法采用问卷调查法,调查10所三级医院的136名产科护士的工作疲溃感程度及其产生原因。结果产科护士的成就感低
落属于高度,玩世不恭属于中度,情绪衰竭属于低度;产科护士产生工作疲溃感的原因包括:个人对工作的喜欢程度、家庭成员的支持
度、自我健康感受、工作压力、社会压力等。结论三级医院产科护士的工作疲溃感较为严重,其产生的原因来自许多方面。建议加强
产科护士对产科的正确认识,培养产科护士对产科护理工作的兴趣,多加关注其主要的压力源,制定相关的干预措施以减轻产科护士
的工作疲溃感。

Abstract objective To understand the degree of the work related burnout of obstetric nurses in the tertiary hospital and analysis the
causes, and then give the corresponding countermeasures practically so as to improve the quality of obstetric nurses in nursing work.
Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the degree of the work related burnout and its causes in 136 obstetric nurses
of 10 hospitals. Results The decreased sense of achievement of obstetric nurses was in the high was in the
middle level and the emotional exhaustion was in the low causes of the work related burnout of obstetric nurses in the ter-
