摘要
在供应链环境下,库存不再是资源的闲置或暂时性的储备,而是企业之间或部门之间没有实现无缝连接的结果。因此,库存控制的真正本质不是针对物料的物流管理,而是针对企业业务过程的工作流管理。
本文针对供应链环境下的库存管理主要做了以下方面的研究:
首先,论文阐述了研究供应链环境下的库存管理的现实意义,综述了国内外有关库存管理方面的研究进展,结合现代物流管理思想,阐述了供应链管理理论及库存管理理论。然后,论文在分析供应链环境下的库存管理现状的基础上,重点分析了供应链环境下供应商库存管理(VMI)的实施策略与模式。这种模式强调供应链节点企业同时参与、共同制定库存计划,从而使供应链管理过程中的每个库存管理者都能从相互的协调性来考虑问题,保证供应链相邻两节点之间的库存管理实体对需求预测水平的高度一致,消除需求变异放大。并结合JIT准时采购和准时生产进行创新。
最后结合北京南车时代机车车辆机械有限公司库存的具体情况进行分析,提出了它库存的不足,并根据上述理论进行了优化策略和改进意见。

Abstract
In the supply chain environment, the inventory is no longer the resource of the idle or temporary reserves, but not between enterprises or departments seamless connection between the results. Therefore, the true nature of inventory control and logistics management is not for material, but for enterprise business process workflow management.
