摘要
本次实习是在浙江万向系统有限公司杭州分公司进行的,主要的实习任务是对双膜片真空助力器装配工艺进行学习了解。实习期间,首先了解了双膜片真空助力器的工作原理,然后了解其装配线上的每道工序,最后通过在车间的实地实习,发现双膜片真空助力器在装配过程中会出现的问题,通过车间检测员以及班组员的帮助发现原因并解决,并通过工作中的观察,提出对工序改进建议。通过本次实习,本人进一步加深并扩充了专业知识,同时极大提高了实际动手能力及团队合作意识。

Abstract
This practice is in zhejiang wanxiang systems co., LTD. Hangzhou branch, the main practice task is to learn double diaphragmvacuum booster assembly process. During the internship, first understand the working principle of double diaphragm vacuum booster, and then understand its assembly line each working procedure, at last, by field practice in the workshop, found that the double diaphragm vacuum booster there will be a problem in the assembly process, through workshop inspector and team member to help find the reason and solve, and work through the observation, to process improvement Suggestions are put forward. Through this internship, I further deepen and expand the professional knowledge, at the same time greatly improve the practical ability and team cooperation consciousness.
