手机后盖毕业设计说明书.doc

摘要

本设计主要是针对金立手机前后盖的模具设计过程。由于手机前后盖都具有侧孔部分,所以本设计选用了侧向分型与抽芯机构。工件用分型面分割之后,分成凸模,凹模,斜滑块3个部分。其中,凹模是定模部分,凸模、斜滑块动模部分。注射结束后,凸模在力的作用下,连同动模套板一起向下运动,而塑件在推杆的作用下,从凸模上被推出来。除了侧抽芯机构和推出机构之外,还有浇注系统,冷却系统,排气系统等等。
,同时借助了第三方软件,最后使用AUTOCAD 2004来对装配图和零件图进行一定的完善。

Abstract
he design is mainly directed against the Jin mobile phone cover mold design process. Because the mobile phone cover has a side portion of the bore, so the design chooses a side parting and core pulling mechanism.
