随着科学技术的不断发展,农业机械化技术也发展到了一个新的水平;随着农业机械化技术的发展,的甘蔗收割机的发明成为目前各界人士关心的热点问题。
本文介绍了甘蔗收割机的研究背景、甘蔗收获机械的研究现状,分析了甘蔗收获机械的发展对策及前景,叙述了双排甘蔗收割机的实现原理和工作过程,详细讲述了双排甘蔗收割机中提升装置、转向装置以及支撑装置的设计过程。这次和同组人员一起设计的的切段式甘蔗收割机能够更独特地更好地适应各种状态下的热带甘蔗的收割,包括倒伏和半倒伏的甘蔗。而且,该收割机在田间作相对自由运动时,不损坏甘蔗杆,也不会将甘蔗拔起。这种双排甘蔗收割机不会提前收割邻排的甘蔗,而且在田间自由运动时不会被甘蔗阻塞入口。其中本人设计的提升装置是用来提升和横向向上分离倒伏的甘蔗,并且用来支撑起倒伏的甘蔗大量的向中心线运动即收割机向着支撑起的甘蔗条往前走。转向装置用于使支撑起的甘蔗杆向中心线横向移动并且在切顶之后,甘蔗进入收割机之前对着收割机的运动方向推进甘蔗。
总之,用机械收割甘蔗已经取得更多更广泛应用,也将代替人工收割。我也期待着能够在市场上早日看见象我们所设计的这种集专业化、智能化,自动化、敏捷化,高效化、小型化、简单化、环保化为一体的甘蔗收割机。

Along with the constant developing of science and technology, the world’s outfit industry level has got great advance. And along with it, the course of industrialization has been greatly pushed, and so does the technology of farming mechanization. As a result, an invention of special cane harvester with brainpower, which is smart, has high efficiency, can realize simplification and automatization and protect the environment has e the focus of people of all classes.
This paper introduces the research backgrounds and present situation of cane harvester and analyzes the development countermeasure in the future.
