__________________________ Smart Grid, Smart City Application Supporting Material – 1. Application Identification Project title Applicants should provide a short project title for reference purposes. The title should include the name of the city or region in which the project will be deployed (. “[City name or region], Smart Grid, Smart City”). The project title of the essful application will be used by the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (the Department) for public information purposes. The essful consortium should also use this project title in munications material.
Name of lead proponent In accordance with the Smart Grid, Smart City Grant Guidelines, the lead proponent (the applicant) must be a constitutional corporation The term 'constitutional corporation' means a trading, financial or foreign corporation within the meaning of s 51(xx) of the Constitution. and must be a work Service Provider (distributor). Information relating to the applicant’s corporate structure can be found at item . Applicants should provide their legal name and ABN. Names of other consortium members Applicants should list the names of all consortium members who will be contributing (both financially and in-kind) to the Smart Grid, Smart City demonstration project. Businesses, households or individuals who are involved in the project either through subcontracting to the applicant to provide goods or services or through purchasing goods and services but who are not members of the consortium do not need to be listed. Applicants should provide the legal names and ABN for each consortium member.
Overall cost of the project Applicants should provide the following information: a) total amount of Smart Grid, Smart City funding sought (from the Australian Government). This information should be the same as that provided in item ($A). b) total amount of eligible contributions (as defined in item ) from consortium m
