前言
低温辐射电热膜采暖是一种新型采暖方式,是主要以低温辐射的方式将电能转化为热能的散热元件,使人们工作、学习和生活的环境温度达到规定要求,并能方便做到行为节能。
为规范低温辐射电热膜采暖技术的应用,经广泛调查研究,结合国内的工程实践,广泛征求意见,对主要问题进行了专题试验和论证,对具体问题进行了反复讨论、协调和修改,经审查后制定了本规程。
本规程主要技术内容是低温辐射电热膜采暖工程中的设计、材料、施工、检验、调试与验收等方面枝术要求。
在规范的编制过程中,广泛地征求了有关方面的意见,本规程在执行过程中,如发现需要修改或补充之处,请随时将有关意见和建议寄送吉林省建筑科学研究设计院(地址:长春市春城大街4398号,邮编:130011)。
