摘要
航班计划是航空公司一切生产活动的基础和核心,包括航班时刻和频率优化、机型指派、飞机排班计划和机组排班计划 4 个部分,其中机型指派和飞机排班计划同时进行的一体化优化, 也可称为广义飞机排班计划。近年来随着航班延误的加剧,针对航班计划鲁棒性的研究越来越多,但绝大多数现有研究在优化鲁棒性的同时,却忽略了鲁棒性的提高是以增加计划成本为代价这一事实。
本文以广义飞机排班计划制定为对象,研究了综合考虑飞机排班的计划成本与鲁棒性的飞机排班的鲁棒性优化问题,研究具体工作包括以下方面:
首先介绍一般飞机排班模型的建立过程,并对模型的使用限制进行分析;其次研究如何以概率分布的形式来表达航班延误,建立了描述航班延误波及影响的数学模型,确定了延误成本的计算方法;然后以一般飞机排班模型为基础,通过引入延误成本建立鲁棒性飞机排班模型, 并为模型设计了基于列生成算法的求解算法;最后以国内某航空公司的航班数据为算例,针对鲁棒性模型的求解性能、解的优化程度和解的稳定程度三方面分别设计不同的算例仿真实验, 实验结果证明了模型和求解算法的有效性。
鲁棒性飞机排班模型生成的飞机排班计划在航班延误存在的情况下所消耗的成本更少,并且对航班延误的控制能力更强于一般飞机排班计划,对航空公司鲁棒性航班计划的制定具有一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Flight schedule is the basis and core of the airlines’ all production activities. flight schedule includes four stages, flight time and frequency optimization, fleet assignment, aircraft assignment and crew schedule planning. The planning prehensively optimizes fleet assignment and aircraft assignment at the same time, also can be called as generalized aircraft assignment. In recent years the study of robust flight scheduling increases with the intensification of the flight delays, but the improvement of flight schedule robustness is in the price of the of increasing airline planning cost. Even if separately consider scheduling robustness goals can lower the level of delay, it will not necessarily bring the development of airlines real profit.
Based on the generalized aircraft assignment, this paper studies the robust aircraft assignment optimization prehensively considers planning cost and robustness of the aircraft scheduling, the specific work includes the following aspects.
Firstly, introduces the process of establishing general aircraft assignment model and analyzes the deficiency of the model; Secondly, study how to put flight delays in the form of probability distribution and establishes the mathematical model describing the influence of flight delay propagation; thirdly, on the basis of general aircraft assignment model, establishes an aircraft assignment model by intro
