摘要

彩色沥青路面能与周围环境相协调,美化城市,减缓驾驶疲劳,促进行车安全,降
低路面噪音,缓解“热岛效应”等优点。目前人们生活水平不断提高,对环境审美观念
不断增强,以及交通事故的频频发生,所以彩色路面应在城市道路中得到广泛的应用。
首先参照国内外研究经验,A 的制备,提出了生产工艺,并对
其性能进行了研究,A 接近或超过国内外同类产品,其中低温延展性和耐老化
性性能尤其突出。
论文还研究了两种特殊彩色沥青——SZ1 SZ2。根据它们的粘度
大、硬度高和低感温性等特点,SZ1 进行了锥入度及抗剪强度研究,而
SZ2 进行了运动粘度研究。
其次基于马歇尔设计法,采用统一配合比,A、SZ、KLMY
及 SBS 改性沥青组成的混合料从高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温抗裂性三方面进行了路用
性能研究。试验结果表明,A 的路用性能优于 KLMY 沥青混合料的性能;
SZ1 SZ2 混合料的高温稳定性非常好,但后者水稳定性和低温抗裂性
良好,SZ2 的路用性能更优越。
最后根据彩色路面施工过程的特殊性,设计出一套较完善的施工工艺;从人工费、
材料费、机械费及道路使用费四方面分别分析了彩色路面的工程投资费用,证明采用彩
色沥青混合料路面的道路结构形式是可行的,而且具有非常大的社会效益。

Abstract
The colored asphalt pavement can be in harmony with the surrounding environment,
beautify the cities, slow drivers’ fatigue, promote traffic safety, reduce road noise, and
mitigate "heat island", etc. Now people's living standards continue to improve, and
continuously enhance the aesthetic ideas of the environment, as well as the frequent
occurrence of traffic accidents, so the colored pavement should be widely used in urban roads.
Firstly, the preparation of colored A was studied according to domestic and
international experience, and the production process was put forward. The properties were
studied to find that approached or exceeded domestic and foreign products, especially
low-temperature ductility and resistance to aging performance.
The two special colored SZ1 SZ2 were also studied. The colored
SZ1 was studied by cone ration and shear strength, and the colored asphalt
CCSZ2 was studied by kinematic viscosity according to their viscosity, high hardness and low
temperature characteristics, etc.
