Abstract
Purpose: Through the dynamic observation of nux vomica Treating Adjuvant Arthritis in rats, the content of cytokines IL-12 and IL-18 in the serum of rat model, understanding of semen Strychni on rat adjuvant arthritis (Adjuvant Arthritis, AA) effects of cytokines in animal model, and to explore the mechanisms of immune regulation of RA, for the clinical treatment of the disease provide feasible basis.
Methods: This experiment selects 48 healthy male rats, divided into four groups by random grouping method, blank control group, respectively (I), AA group (II), nux vomica
(III) in the lower dosage treatment groups, nux vomica high-dose group (IV), 12 in each group.
