Chapter two: the causes and characteristics judicial identification plaints. In the first section, I will analyze judicial identification plaints from subject , object, contents, procedure and entity; then I will state the characteristics of judicial identification plaints from subject, its ways, relation, procedure, and so on, ultimately, we can totally learn about causes and characteristics of judicial identification plaints.

In the second section, I detailedly conclude the theories ,scope and related contents of judicial identification.

At the last, through all statements, we can reduce some measures of judicial identification plaints, so that we can make the item ascend a new level. Finally, I will deduct the reasonable measures by analyzing its feasibility, validity and manipuility.
