A排气歧管浇注系统设计

摘要:A排气歧管由于结构复杂,高度落差较大、管壁薄、外观要求严格,工艺难度较大,影响工艺出品率;同时,此管件有几种类似产品,并且都是大批量生产。考虑到该问题存在一定的普遍性,技术人员本着工艺最优、稳定可靠原则,形成此类产品的浇注工艺系统标准,消除铸件夹渣缺陷,缓解了此类产品的生产瓶颈。经反复验证、讨论、不断改进铸造工艺,最终设计出合理、稳定的浇注系统,并在其它同类产品上应用。

Design of A Type Exhaust Manifold Pouring System

Abstract: Due plex structure and thin wall thickness, and high outer surface quality requirement, the manufacture process of A type exhaust manifold is very difficult. However, there are some similar ship products which are mass produced. Considering it is mon problem, the technicists based on the principle of best process, steady and reliable, developed this pouring process standard of this kind products, eliminated the casting defects of slag inclusion, relieved the production bottleneck. After repeated experimenting, discussion and improvement the foundry process, the technicists finally designed a reasonable and steady pouring system, which has already applied on similar products.

1 生产条件及技术要求
生产性质批量生产。
材质材质为FCD450HS,其化学成分:C:﹪-﹪,Si:﹪-﹪, Mn:﹪-﹪,S≤﹪。力学性能:抗拉强度:490MPa,伸长率:7%,硬度:161-215HB。球化率≥80%。
