This document is applied to the calibration operation for the dial indicator part Precision (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
适用于肯发精密仪器有限公司指示表(百分表和千分表)的校准操作。
Operation Procedure 操作程序
Calibration standard : Calibration Tester with resolution 、 height master or gauge block.
校准标准:、步距规或标准量块。
Calibration environment: Room temperature 20± 2℃, Relative humidity < 65%.
校准环境:室温20±2℃,相对湿度<65%。
Calibration period:180 days.
校准周期:180天。

Visual inspection 外观检查:
Visual check the dial indicator, the bezel should be clear with scale marking ,The probe should not be wear off 、
Rusting、chip off and scratches, otherwise, the indicator need to be repaired.
目力观察表盘清晰,没有影响读数缺陷,其测头不应有严重的磨损,锈迹,崩缺和明显的划痕, 否则修理。

The indicator bezel matched it’s body that should not have appearance looseness, The bezel rotation should be
stable and reliable.
表盘和表体的配合无明显的松动现象,表圈转动应平稳,静止可靠。
Tremble of the spindle and rotation of the pointer should be stable and flexible when shake the spindle and the pointer should not be loosen and fall when shake the spindle quickly.
测杆的移动及指针的回转应平稳、灵活,不得有跳格、卡住和阻滞现象,测杆移动时,指针不应松动。
