游泳馆游客须知
游泳前需要经过体格检查,患有心脏病、高血压、肺结核、中耳炎、皮肤病、
严重沙眼等以及各种传染病的人不宜游泳。
处在月经期的女士不宜游泳。
下水前要做准备运动,可以跑跑步、做做操,活动开身体,还应用少量冷水
冲洗一下躯干和四肢,这样可以使身体尽快适应水温,避免出现头晕、心慌、
抽筋现象。
饱食或者饥饿时,剧烈运动和繁重劳动以后不要游泳。
游泳时难免会发生抽筋,这时如果离岸很近,应立即出水到岸上进行按摩,
如果离岸较远可以采取仰游姿势,仰浮在水面上尽量对抽盘的肢体进行牵引,
按摩以求缓解,如果不会游泳,则应大声呼叫救生员或者求救于其他人员,
尽快脱离水域。
游泳时间不宜太长,要根据自身体质合理安排,如果感觉心慌脱水现象应立
即到岸上休息。
