摘要
本文在阐述冷链物流的概念、冷链物流的特征和物流配送中心概念及其作用的基础上,剖析了冷链物流配送选址的相关要素和配送中心选址系统方法。冷链配送中心选址模型相关基本理论,以上海市新亚食品公司配送中心选址为例进行分析该公司的配送中心的选址方法及方案,通过求解配送中心选址位置、年均成本及具体选址、方案实施前后效果对比,最终确定公司的配送中心的选址。

Abstract
Paper describes the concept of cold chain, cold chain logistics and distribution center features concepts and its roleon the basis of analysis of the relevant factors and for Distribution Centre Location method for cold chain logistics system siting. Cold chain distribution center allocation model relevant basic theory to the Shanghai New Asia pany distribution center location as an example to analyze pany's site selection methodology and program distribution center, distribution center location by solving the location, average annual costs and specific location, compare before and after the implementation of the program resultsto finalize the location of pany's distribution center.
