INTRODUCTION
Every year trillions of dollars are spent on publicly funded projects in the world. From schools and hospitals, roads and bridges, to power plants and waste disposal lines, to museums and libraries, public funds play an most important role in our daily life. During any of these processes, corruption does great harm. Though kinds of measures have been taken by governments to prevent bat corruption, it is just there. It increases the cost of public services to citizens, reduces the quality of products, and erodes people’s trust in governments. In some important public contracts, corruption not only steals money from taxpayers, it sometimes costs lives. Incidences of collapsed buildings and counterfeit medicines have happened many times in many countries. Hence the adverse effects of corruption in public funds has e one big issue in modern munity.
