近年来各种无线通信技术迅猛发展,这些技术在给我们生活带来极大便利的同时也造成了空间电磁环境日益复杂、频谱资源日益匮乏。为了科学有效地管理、合理的开发和利用有限的频谱资源,必须对空中无线电实施频谱监测。
有效的频谱监测与管理离不开先进可靠的设备,目前,我国的无线电监测设备以引进为主,这些监测设备精度高、功能全,具有联网控制功能,但价格昂贵。对于只有一般监测需求的用户,并不实用。因此研发便携式低成本频谱监测接收机有着重要意义。
本文首先介绍了无线电频谱监测接收机的三种常见结构即超外差接收机、直接下变频接收机、数字中频接收机,并对接收机的主要技术指标进行了阐述。超外差接收机由于具有一些突出优点现已成为应用最为广泛的接收机体系结构。本文采用超外差接收机结构设计了一个无线电频谱监测平台,实现 51MHz~858MHz 范围内无线电信号的快速扫描监测。该接收机主要是由射频前端、二极管检波、放大电路、A/D 模数转换、显示以及控制部分组成。
文章最后对所设计的 VHF/UHF 无线电频谱监测接收机的测试数据进行了分析, 结果显示该接收机具备了 51MHz-858MHz 无线电信号的基本监测功能。

Abstract
In recent years,the munication technology is developing technologies bring great convenience to our lives but also caused the plex ic environment of space and the increasing scarcity of spectrum order to effectively manage the limited spectrum resources and rational develope and utilize the limited spectrum resources,we must monitor the radio spectrum.
Effective spectrum monitoring and management is inseparable from advanced and reliable equipment. Currently,our country’s radio monitoring equipment is imported from foreign monitoring devices with high accuracy, full-featured, and work connecting function are expensive. But for a user who has a general monitoring requirement ,it is not , the development of low-cost portable spectrum monitoring receiver is of great significance.
This paper describes the structure of the mon radio spectrum monitoring receiver. It is superheterodyne receiver,direct-conversion receiver and digital-IF receiver. And then ,it elaborates the major technical indicators of a receiver. Since superheterodyne receiver has some outstanding advantages ,it has e the most widely used receiver architecture
