摘要
在国际金融市场急剧变化的形势下,外贸企业减少或避免外汇交易风险就显得十分必要。本文分析了外汇风险在外贸企业对外经济贸易中的具体表现,提出了外贸企业规避和防范外汇风险应采取的措施。
随着我国的对外开放,对外经济交往日益频繁,其中涉及到的外汇风险问题也越来越多。一些国家货币的汇率起伏加剧,给我国外贸企业进行对外贸易、对外融资等涉及外汇交易的领域带来了很大的风险。如何在国际金融市场急剧变化的形势下,加强外汇交易的管理,减少或避免外汇交易风险,保证对外经济交往的顺利进行就成为当前我国经济领域的重要课题
加入WTO 后我国直接从事进出口贸易的企业日益增多,由于进出口业务自身的特点和国际市场环境的复杂多变,我国进出口企业的生存和发展面临着严峻的挑战。本文就如何进行科学有效的风险防范进行探讨。

Abstract
In the international financial market rapid changes of situation, foreign trade enterprise to reduce or avoid foreign exchange risk is very necessary. This paper analyzes the foreign exchange risk in foreign trade enterprise foreign economic trade in the specific performance, puts forward the foreign trade enterprise evasion and guard against foreign exchange risk the measures which should be taken.
As the opening, economic exchanges have e increasingly frequent, which involves the foreign exchange risk of problems e more and more. Some in the currency of the country and exchange rate increased, to our country foreign trade enterprise to carry on the foreign trade, foreign financing, which involve foreign exchange trading field bring a great risk. How in the international financial market the rapid changes of situation, strengthen the management of foreign exchange transactions, reduce or avoid foreign exchange risks, and ensure the smooth progress of economic exchanges in China's current economic will e an important issue in the field of
After joining the WTO, China has engaged in import and export trade enterprise increase, because the characteristics of import and export business and international market environment to plex and changeable, China's import and export enterprise's survival and development faced a serious challenge. This paper is how to carry on the scientific and effective risk prevention are discussed.
