长庚模式及其制度探究
摘要在1976年之前,台湾的医疗环境是极不乐观的,甚至可以用“恶劣”来形容:服务态度差、效率低下、价格昂贵、“红包文化”等等。这是由于当时以公立医院为主,加之经营理念落后、医师与管理人员享受公务员待遇、薪资多年固定不变等诸多原因造成的。长庚医院的出现使得医疗环境发生了翻天覆地的变化,台湾医疗事业翻开了崭新的篇章。今天看来,其功绩一方面在于彻底改变了台湾老百姓“看病难”和“看病贵”的问题,另一方面有力地推动了台湾医疗制度建设。本文主要以此为出发点,探究长庚模式背后的制度及其“登陆”历程和当前所面临的问题。

Abstract:Before the 1976, Taiwan's health environment is extremely optimistic, even with "bad" to describe: poor service attitude, inefficient, expensive, "red envelope culture," and so on.
