以提高和改善材料使用性能为目的,侧重开展了激光熔覆非晶涂层和生物活性陶瓷复合涂层的基础工艺研究;通过数值计算,建立了激光相变硬化过程温度场、组织场与工艺参数的关系,实现了激光相变硬化工艺参数的计算机优化设计,一些研究成果已得到工业应用,承担横向课题二项。
