多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌

摘要:目的:多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及副反应。方法:我院2002年10月至2004年2月确诊的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌45例,分成治疗组25例(多西紫杉醇75mg/m2静脉滴注,d1,顺铂75mg/m2静脉滴注,d1,21d一周期);对照组20例(盖诺25mg/m2,d1、d8,静脉滴注,顺铂80mg/m2,d1静脉滴注,21d一周期)。结果:治疗组总有效率72%,对照组总有效率40%,两组有显著性差异。静脉炎发生率对照组明显高于治疗组。结论:多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的。

Chemotherapy with Docetaxel and Cisplatin in Non-small-cell Lung Cancer
Abstract: Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the efficacy and side effect of docetaxel and bination for patients with non-small-cell lung :From October 2002 to February 2004,45 patients with pathological diagnosis of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ non-small-cell lung cancer were patients were divided into two groups(treatnent and control).The treatment group(25 cases) was treated by docetaxel and cisplatin at the dose of 75mg/m2/d on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. The control group (20 cases) was given navelbine 25mg/m2/d on day 1 and 8 and cisplatin 80mg/m2/ on day 1 intravenously every 21 days. Result:The overall responses for the treatment group and the control group were 72%and 40%,respectively, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<).
